Where possible please ensure all bookings are made by email as to avoid any confusion of dates/times. Bookings are final unless suitable time is given to cancel or alter. (See cancellation terms below)
Cancellation
Cancelation policy – less than 24hrs 100% payment is required
Less than 48hrs 50% payment required.
No payment is required if venue is officially locked down due to an illness outbreak as long as effort has been made to cancel booking vie email to thegreenroom@mail.com.
